Throughout my life, I have embraced the art of transformation, allowing my passions to guide me into new and fulfilling paths. I began my career as a musician when I was very young at the Mercy Center for the Arts in Erie, PA. Spending many hours practicing piano at home and in community theaters. After studying piano at Baldwin Wallace and Edinboro University, I moved to NYC where I had the extraordinary opportunity to perform on and off Broadway. I then toured with Ringling Brothers and Cirque Du Soleil. These experiences on stage and on tour were exhilarating, feeding my creative spirit and honing my skills as an artist.
In 2005, I felt a calling to explore a different kind of artistry—one that would allow me to connect with others on a more personal level. This led me to relocate to Colorado and immerse myself in the study of massage therapy. The transition was profound, as it enabled me to understand the body in a new dimension and discover the healing power of touch.
Fast forward to today, and I am the proud owner of 2 Hands Studio in Tacoma, Washington. For 20 years, my studio has been a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation, healing, and recovery. It is a place where I blend my knowledge of massage therapy with my deep appreciation for the arts. As a yoga teacher, I am dedicated to helping others find balance and harmony within themselves, just as I have. Yoga complements my therapeutic work, offering clients a holistic path to well-being.
In recent years, I have discovered yet another form of creative expression—body painting. This unique art form has provided me with an unparalleled sense of artistic freedom. Using the body as a canvas, I explore the interplay between movement and paint, creating textures and blending colors in ways that are both healing and unexpected.
The process of body painting is not just about the final image; it is about the journey and the healing that takes place along the way. The way the body interacts with paint fascinates me, and I am constantly inspired by the beautiful, organic patterns that emerge.
I invite you to explore my work and experience the artistry that comes from blending music, massage, yoga, and painting. Each aspect of my journey has contributed to my growth as an artist and healer, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with others. I hope you find inspiration and joy in my creations.
