Somatic Art Sessions and Workshops are guided, body-based creative experiences that use movement — often through yoga postures — as a way to listen to the body’s story. Rather than focusing on performance or flexibility, the body becomes a tool for awareness, expression, and integration. Through mindful movement, breath, and creative exploration, participants are supported in moving through stored stress, emotional residue, or old patterns, while also making space for curiosity, resilience, and new experiences. This work is not about fixing the body, but about building relationship with it — learning to recognize limits, access sensation safely, and translate embodied experience into meaningful expression.
